Privacy & Optional Analytics
Analytics is optional. The Google tag loads only after you allow it. Our photo demo processes images on your device.
Your analytics choice
Content pages offer optional Google Analytics 4 to help us understand page visits and improve the guides. Until you choose Accept analytics, the site does not load the Google tag or send analytics events to Google. Choosing Decline keeps it off.
If you allow analytics, Google receives page-view and related basic usage data, such as browser, device and approximate geographic information. Analytics cookies may distinguish visits. Page addresses and referring addresses sent by our configuration omit query parameters and URL fragments. We do not set a user ID, send uploaded filenames or image contents, or enable advertising storage, advertising personalization or Google signals.
Your choice is saved in this browser's local storage for up to 180 days; analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. Use Analytics preferences in the footer at any time to change your choice. Declining after accepting stops future collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this site. It does not delete data already sent to Google.
Different browsers or clearing local storage can require a new choice. Learn more from Google’s privacy policy (opens a new tab) and how Google uses data from partner sites (opens a new tab).
Images stay in the local demo
The basic editor reads your selected images in your browser and generates exports on your device. It does not upload photos, edited results, filenames or document contents to our server or Google Analytics. Analytics is not installed on the editor routes, including the embedded demo.
Save exports you want to keep. Closing or refreshing the page can discard unexported changes. This describes our independent demo; the official PhotoCraft software and third-party sites have their own behavior and policies.
Hosting and image delivery
Pages are served by our production server through Cloudflare. The official screenshot and copies of the icons are stored in Cloudflare R2; the main photo falls back to a local copy if R2 cannot load, and favicon links use the site’s origin. These providers handle normal network requests and may retain operational or security logs, including IP address, request time, path, browser information and errors.
These infrastructure requests occur as part of serving the site, independently of your analytics choice. Cloudflare RUM is disabled. There are no site accounts, contact forms, advertising scripts or cloud saving in the current demo. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy (opens a new tab) for its processing practices.
External links and updates
Downloads go directly to the official upstream provider. Following links to GitHub, ArtCraft, Adobe or other sites subjects your requests to their policies. Our local demo’s privacy behavior does not describe those services.
We update this page when site data practices change. You can also read the Chinese privacy notice (opens a new tab).
